A) Refund Conditions
- Request for refund will be applicable only with the following conditions;
-- For paid pre-orders, cancellation of production or release as announced by the manufacturer - refund 100% for specific item.
-- For paid in-stock items, customer own request for cancellation of order(s) or invoice(s) which are paid in full - refund 100% off entire paid amount.
-- For shipping delays with service announcement announced by the shipping service providers, customer own request for cancellation of order(s) or invoice(s) which are paid in full - refund 80% off entire paid amount.
-- For ordering wrong or unwanted items, customer own request for declining the item delivered and to seek for refund - refund 80% off entire paid amount.
-- NO REFUND is applicable for customer who decided to cancel their pre-order(s) during or after the pre-order cut off dates.
B) Goods Return Conditions
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Toyztactic will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14-days after the confirmation.
